You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), if you are denied access to the applicable travel product or services, you automatically forfeit any money paid for such reservation(s), and/or in us debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES

Your payment is processed in the European Union, when we process your payment. When the travel supplier processes your payment, it will be processed in the country in which the travel supplier is based.

premiermobilitytenerife.com or the travel supplier may have to verify: (i) the validity of the payment card (through a charge of a nominal value that is either refunded within a few days or deducted from the final payment due to the travel supplier) and, (ii) the availability of funds on the payment card (to be confirmed by the bank issuing the your credit card).

For instance, if you are making a booking using a US-issued card with a non-US merchant, your bank may charge you a cross border or international transaction fee. Cancellations

Excursions

You may only cancel the Service Agreements in accordance with the cancellation conditions as stated in the Supplier T&Cs.
To avoid misunderstandings, you must make changes and cancellations via www.premiermobilitytenerife.com unless otherwise agreed. A cancellation can be made via email at [email protected]. The edit to your booking or cancellation must be made in good time; what is "in good time" depends on each individual case. Therefore, it is very important that you carefully read all terms and conditions, especially the Supplier T&Cs. If these conditions are met, we will issue a cancellation confirmation on behalf of the Supplier. This will serve as proof of the cancellation and therefore must be kept.
We can notify you of changes on behalf of the Supplier, especially if at short notice, by your provided telephone number and by sending changes to your email address.
If there are no different cancellation conditions to what premiermobilitytenerife.com have:
a) Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start of the activity: full refund of the booking price will be made
b) For cancellations 24 hours or less before the start of the activity or in case of no-show: no refund of the booking price.

Rental Equipment

All orders must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your planned departure time provided in the booking, after this point all orders are non refundable and must be paid in full.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT:

All rental equipment are used at the renters risk of loss or injury of any type. The customer is responsible for any and all rented equipment from premiermobilitytenerife.com and premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers. You (The User) agree to hold premiermobilitytenerife.com harmless and indemnify them and all people associated with the company including non premiermobilitytenerife.com staff involved with delivery or pick up of the hire equipment such as hotel employees, 3rd party suppliers from any and all claims and or injuries up to and including death.

The renter is responsible for familiarising themselves with the proper operations of the hire equipment before using. premiermobilitytenerife.com employees and suppliers will happily demonstrate the use of all products. If you require a demonstration of a product, it is you (The User) who must request a demonstration of the product prior to taking and using the items, once the product has been taken from premiermobilitytenerife.com employee, premiermobilitytenerife.com Supplier or collected from the drop off point, the user at this point agrees that the products are to the users satisfaction and are now liable for any damages occurred from this point, if you are not happy with the product you have received, you must make premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers aware before initial use of the items.

premiermobilitytenerife.com and premiermobilitytenerife.com suppliers reserve the right to substitute equipment in the event equipment becomes unavailable to you due to availability, extensions or breakages. You will be notified as soon as possible regarding the issue, but can be as late as once you have arrived in resort. If we are unable to deliver a product due to premises access issues, we will contact you for an alternate destination to provide you with your equipment. If alternative arrangements cannot be made we reserve the right to cancel the order, we also reserve the right to charge the full amount if it is not seen as a fault by premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com suppliers. It is you (The User) to ensure items can be delivered to the requested destination prior to ordering equipment from premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers.

You agree to abide by any and all local laws enforced upon renting any premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com suppliers equipment. You agree to use the hire equipment and/or collapse strollers in proper/safe areas and correctly at all times.

The customer is responsible for theft, loss, or damage to all equipment and/or accessories. In the event of theft, loss, or damage of any premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers equipment that are in the renters’ possession, the renter hereby authorises premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com suppliers to charge you (The User) for any costs to replace and/or repair lost or damaged equipment.

(Renter must also make all required reports to local police and/or the required documentation for premiermobilitytenerife.com and its suppliers to make an insurance claim, by not doing so you agree to make the payment in full)

Hire equipment and accessories must be returned in the same condition originally received, this includes stains to fabrics. Failure to do so will result in an additional €20 fee for extra cleaning. (This applies to heavy soiling)

Upon discovering any lost or missing items you must call your destination immediately or email them form the details given when placing your order. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged for replacing the damaged or missing items.

Lost or Broken keys will result in a charge of €70 to replace the pack.

Broken or damaged body work to Scooters will result in a charge of up to €500. clients will be quoted based on damage caused.

The renter agrees to return all equipment and accessories to original delivery location unless other arrangements have been made. To make other arrangements you must notify premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers at your earliest convenience, if you do not receive a response we may not have received the new information and is down to you (The User) to ensure we have received and accepted the new details. Late equipment returns will be charged at €20 per collection attempt.

The renter is responsible upon receipt of all equipment to inspect the equipment for proper functionality before usage. If at any time during the rental period your equipment does not function properly cease usage immediately. After ceasing use, contact premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Supplier to make arrangements for equipment to be collected (The customer will be liable to any damage made and will be asked to pay this on collection). Customer will then have the option to continue the rental period with a replacement subject to availability at that time and damages paid.

Rental Equipment and Accessories are to be used exclusively by the renter only. At no point can the renter pass equipment on to third party at any time.

Your delivery/pick up site information may be disclosed with the destinations to premiermobilitytenerife.com employees and premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers employees. This is to ensure drop off and pick up of the rental equipment be easier and more efficient for your holiday.

Fulfilment guarantee

If we are unable to deliver your order or offer a substitute for any reason we will issue a full refund on your order.

Delays and deliveries

premiermobilitytenerife.com and premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers will monitor your flight status to ensure that you receive your items on arrival or once you have arrived in resort (you will be contacted on arrival to arrange delivery time if required). If you have not received your items or you have received an item that is faulty, you have 24 hours from your arrival date and time to raise any issues with your order.

CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD premiermobilitytenerife.com AND ITS AGENTS, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, TORT AND STRICT LIABILITIES), EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, ARISING FROM OR RESULTING FROM THE MANUFACTURE, POSSESSION, CONDITION, USE, OPERATION, HANDLING, TRANSPORTATION, AND/OR RETURN OF THE RENTED EQUIPMENT AND/OR CUSTOMER’S BREACH OF ANY TERM/CONDITION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

By accepting this rental agreement you agree to and acknowledge you have selected equipment that is acceptable for your needs. You understand premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers are not the manufacturer or designer of the rental equipment or accessories. premiermobilitytenerife.com and premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers are not responsible to use manufacturers warranties for itself or the customer. You understand the rental equipment is rented as it is.

Anyone giving false information to premiermobilitytenerife.com at time of hire will result in an immediate termination of hire with immediate effect and no refund given.

premiermobilitytenerife.com will not tolerate anyone stealing or attempting to steal any rental equipment from premiermobilitytenerife.com or premiermobilitytenerife.com Suppliers and will result in full prosecution every time.

All orders are recommended to be placed 48 hours on the website to receive a full service. For orders less than 48 hours, please proceed to placing your order at www.premiermobilitytenerife.com and use the contact details provided once your order is placed.
